*1inch lengkuas/galangal
*1-1 1/2 inch tumeric
* 2-3 tbsp chili paste
*1 inch ginger
some daun kesum1 bunga kantan cut into 4
1 stalk of lemongrass
1 cup tempoyak /fermented durian
4-5 cups water
salt to taste
method

In a pot add 3/4 water, Patin fish, blended ingredient and then slowly boil on slow heat.
When it comes to a boil add in the remaining ingredient and water and bring it to a boil until the fish is cook.
